问题：论文的页数是否有限制？
回答：论文的长度一般不超过4页，超出部分将由作者承担出版费用。

问题：论文投稿是否可以转投其它的会议或期刊？
回答： 不可以。录用的会议论文将进入IEEE数据库，并提交到EI检索机构和提供版权声明。如果发现一稿多投的情况，一切后果将由作者自己负责。

问题：非论文作者是否可以参会?
回答：可以，欢迎参会，但是会议期间的费用自理。

问题：被录用的文章需要多久才能被EI检索？
回答：All things about the EI index is runing under IEEE's indexing rules. Usually the papers can be indexed in 3~18 months after the papers are published. However, the local committee can't make any promise about the EI indexing because IEEE conference mangement department request that all IEEE Conferences can't make any promise about the indexing. Otherwise IEEE could cancel the publication if the local committee make such promise.
