Paper Submission
IWE 2010 invites authors to submit original and unpublished papers which should not exceed 4 pages. All submitted papers should be written in English or in Chinese. The Chinese papers must have English Titles, abstract, keywords and reference.
Submission implies that at least one of the authors should register the conference.
All Papers should be submitted by the submission system.
All the submissions should follow IEEE format. The template can be downloaded from the list below:
